Regular readers will remember that Richard Madeley took a Jaguar XK Convertible for a blat down to Cornwall and back last year to give us his feedback. If you read that piece it won’t shock you to know that our old mate Richard has been waiting patiently to take delivery of a new Jaguar XJ since then.
The first Koenigsegg Agera R - produced for the Oman Royal family
This time last year – give or take a week or two – we heard a whisper that Koenigsegg had something new planned for Geneva. A day or two of furtling around and we were able to report a week later that Koenigesegg were indeed taking something new to Geneva – the Koenigsegg Agera. The Agera duly turned up at Geneva in March and the last year has seen a number of orders for Ageras, although so far – to the best of our knowledge – just two Ageras have been delivered.

The whole ‘Black Edition’ thing is a big seller at the moment. We had Jaguar launch the Black Pack for the XKR a couple of months ago and yesterday slapped a Black Pack on the XF. And now Audi want to play with the announcement of an Audi A4 Black Edition and an Audi A5 Black Edition.
